The idea
Most brushes only lay down the pixels under your cursor. Nekudot also gives your drawing a memory - it remembers everywhere you've drawn. While you draw, a connecting brush reaches out to nearby remembered spots and draws faint lines between them. Hundreds of those overlapping threads build the soft, sketchy, spider-web texture that Harmony made famous.
Because that memory is shared and sticks around, your marks relate to each other: new strokes reach back toward old ones, and the drawing grows as one connected thing rather than a stack of separate lines.
Features
- Connecting brushes - Round weaves a web from your points; pick a connection style for the look.
- Connections - styles like Classic, Web, Arc, Fur & Lace; tune where the lines go and how they look (alpha, inset, dash, grain…).
- Symmetry - repeat any brush across a Tile lattice, a Radial kaleidoscope, or a single Mirror line.
- Pen & pressure - a stylus shapes every mark: pressure and tilt drive size, opacity, even the web; the Marker's chisel follows the pen's lean.
- Shape brushes - Squares & Circles size themselves to your speed.
- Layers - stack canvases with opacity; drag to reorder, duplicate & delete.
- Memory maps - what your drawing remembers; feed or reuse them across layers.
- Save & load - export a flat PNG, or a
.nekudotarchive you can reopen and keep editing. - Runs entirely in the browser - your work is stored locally; nothing is uploaded.
